Villa Noor with an approximate area of ​​540 square meters is located on a land with an area of ​​approximately 800 square meters located in Royan city in Mazandaran province.

According to the needs and desires of the employer, we wanted to enjoy the sea view as much as possible, considering the glass facades on the north front of the villa.

The outdoor environment is designed by following and interacting with the form of the villa so that the dynamics and movement in the direction of the interior are maintained.

By dividing the levels, diversity is created in the roof space, and this difference in levels has caused natural light to enter the interior space and a view of the sky.

In designing the first and first floor plans, at the same time as the spatial technique, integrated spaces with different perspectives have been created.
